Refund & Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days) If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at studio@smartshirtshop.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it's not mandatory.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we'll email you the return address and instructions. You must then send the item back within 14 days of notifying us, unused, unwashed and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Because every item is printed on demand just for you, please check our size guides carefully before ordering. It helps avoid unnecessary returns and waste.

Refunds We'll refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of shipment.

Defective, damaged or wrong items All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. If your item arrives defective or damaged, has a print error, or you received the wrong item, contact us at studio@smartshirtshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. We kindly ask you to report any issue as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery, so we can fix it quickly.
