Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items only. Because all our products (t-shirts, mugs, tote bags) are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

Defective or damaged items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at studio@smartshirtshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
