What are your products made of?
Our t-shirts are crafted from premium cotton, printed with high-quality DTG technology. Tote bags are natural cotton, and mugs are ceramic with dishwasher-safe printing.
Are your sizes standard?
Not sure about your size? We've got you covered — find our size guide with measurements in centimeters on every product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Are the colors accurate to the images?
We work hard to match colors as closely as possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings or the printing process — but the result is always vibrant and high quality.
Production & Shipping
How does print-on-demand work?
Every product is printed and made to order after your purchase. We don't hold physical stock — this allows us to offer exclusive designs while minimizing waste. It's a sustainable, quality-first model.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production: 3–7 business days
Shipping to Europe: 5–10 business days
Shipping to USA/Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Total estimated delivery: 8–17 business days for Europe, 10–21 business days for USA/Canada.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is included in the price for most products. If not, the exact cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Use the link in the email to follow your delivery in real time.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Heads up: orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs fees upon delivery — these are set by your country's authorities and are not included in our prices.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I don't like it or ordered the wrong size?
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before purchasing — every item is made to order just for you. If something goes wrong on our end, we've got you covered (see below).
What if my product is defective or damaged?
Not happy with what arrived? If your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted, we'll make it right — free replacement or full refund. Just contact us within 14 days with a photo at studio@smartshirtshop.com.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Is my payment information secure?
