Shipping Policy

Good news: for most of our products, shipping is already included in the listed price. You can always verify the final cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Processing Time All SmarTshirt products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times

• Europe: 7–12 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (if not already included) based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.  

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs & Duties For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at studio@smartshirtshop.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
